What a Kwiff free bet is
A free bet is a promotional stake with conditions, not withdrawable cash. The operator can restrict the sport, market, bet type, minimum odds and expiry. When a token does not appear
First check that the qualifying real-money bet settled within the campaign window and was not cashed out, voided, each-way, virtual or otherwise excluded. Then check the stated credit period. Some welcome pages allow up to 48 hours after settlement.
Contact support with the campaign link, bet ID and settlement time if the window passes. Do not place another qualifying bet unless support confirms that the first one failed and explains why; only the first qualifying bet may count under some campaigns.
